On the afternoon of Nov. 12, Christopher DeFonce, 40, of 6 Harrington Pl, Harrison, NY, surrendered to the Greenwich Police after being advised of an active warrant for his arrest for Stalking 2nd degree and Breach of Peace 2nd degree for an incident stemming back to Oct. 10 in Greenwich.
Mr. DeFonce posted a $35,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on November 20, 2015.
