Todd A Goldring, 43, of 164 Cat Rock Rd turned himself in on a warrant at Greenwich Police Headquarters on March 2 for charges stemming from an incident back on Feb. 22.

According to Greenwich Police press information officer Lt. Kraig Gray, the original incident involved a disagreement that escalated between Mr. Goldring and a victim. “The subject threatened bodily harm against the victim and closed the distance between them and became very close,” Lt. Gray said. “He approached, threatened and intimidated the victim who was holding a small child at the time.”

He was charged with Injury/Risk/Impairing Morals of a Minor, Disorderly Conduct and Threatening.

He was released after posting a court set bond of $25,000 and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 3, 2016.
