High Bond for Man Wanted by GPD for Voyeurism, Harassment

On Thursday, Dec 27, a Tennessee man wanted on charges stemming from an incident on West Church Street in Byram stemming back to Oct 24, 2018 was spotted by Greenwich Police in a store in central Greenwich.

Police say Kenneth Whalum, 35, of 1081 Wedgewood street in Memphis was arrested as he exited the store.

Police say that on Oct 24 they received information that Mr. Whalum was distributing intimate images of a person without their knowledge or consent.

An investigation was conducted which developed probably cause for Whalum’s arrest.

He was charged with Voyeurism, Harassment 2, and Dissemination of Intimate Images.

His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned the next available court date in Stamford Superior Court, Dec, 28, 2018.
