Greenwich Woman Charged with Risk of Injury to Minor on 4th of July

On July 4 at about 11:45pm Greenwich Police responded to a report of a physical fight in the area of Dearfield Drive.

Investigation revealed that the offender, Kimberly Stowers Gibbs, 42, of 75 Dearfield Drive in Greenwich, had ripped the victim’s shirt while trying to get a juvenile from the victim and that she pushed another juvenile to the ground in the process.

Gibbs was charged with Risk of Injury to a Child and Disorderly Conduct. Her bond was set at $2,500 which she was unable to post. She was assigned a court date of July 5, 2018 in Stamford Superior Court.
