On the afternoon of March 28, Whole Foods on East Putnam Ave alerted Greenwich Police that a female subject failed to pay for merchandise.
According to Greenwich Police, the license plate of the suspect’s vehicle led to her identification. Berkley Jameson O’Connell, 34, of 21 Locust St was issued a misdemeanor summons for Larceny 6th degree. She was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on April 4, 2016.
