On Feb 28 around 6:30pm a woman surrendered to Greenwich Police on an outstanding warrant for Disorderly Conduct, Assault 3 and Criminal Attempt Assault 3.
Police say a warrant for Lucy Ortiz of Greenwich, 54, stemmed from multiple incidents that occurred on Feb 7, in which she struck the other offender with a belt at a location in Greenwich.
She was processed and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on March 1, 2022.
The other offender, Javier Ortiz, 60, surrendered around 10:30pm and was charged with Disorderly Conduct. Police say Mr. Ortiz, described as Offender 1, had struck Offender 2 with his foot.
He was unable to post his $5,000 bond and was held at police headquarters. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior court on March 1, 2022.
