On Sept 13 around 10:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to central Greenwich on a report of a disturbance.
Upon arrival Greenwich Police located John Charles Whiteside and determined that he had entered a room where the victim was and caused an annoyance and alarm.
Mr. Whiteside, 57, of 179 N Maple Ave had previously been advised by police not to enter the room, but did so anyway.
He was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass 1 and Disorderly Conduct. His bond was set at $1,000 which he was unable to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court the next day.
Back on July 9, Mr. Whiteside was arrested at his home on an outstanding warrant for charges stemming back to an incident on North Maple Ave on June 25.
