On Tuesday, Greenwich Police officers responded to Wilbur Peck Court on a report of a missing 13-year-old girl. While attempting to locate the girl, police learned she might be with a man named Devon Satir.
Police say Mr. Satir was located within a vehicle a short distance from the missing girl’s residence and that while speaking with him, they detected the odor of raw Marijuana in his car. Police say that within the car was a backpack containing a shopping bag with 16 THC vial cartridges and three brass knuckles. Also, they said the vial cartridges with vape inhalers attached.
The 16 vials were comprised of four varieties and were rubber-banded to a bundle of ten and a bundle of six. The three inhalers remained in cardboard packaging. All items were clearly labeled at THC oil.
Shortly after locating Mr. Satir, the missing girl returned home. The investigation revealed that the missing girl had been with Satir in the vehicle moments before Police encountered him.
Mr. Satir, 19, of 58 Riverside Avenue in Riverside was charged with Risk of Injury to a Minor, Possession with Intent to Sell, and Illegal Possession.
Satir was assigned a court date on Dec 26, 2018 in Stamford Superior Court.
His bond was set at $1,000 which he was able to post.
