On Tuesday a Greenwich Man turned himself in on an active arrest warrant stemming from an incident involving Evading Responsibility on May 28, 2022.
Investigation revealed that Blake Paul Gardner, 36, of Greenwich was the registered owner of a vehicle that struck a parked car in the area of Horseneck Lane and made no attempt to stop and provide insurance information.
He was charged with Unsafe Backing and Evading Responsibility and after posting 10% of his 2,500 bond he was released and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 20, 2022.
