On Saturday around 11:20pm Greenwich Police responded to a restaurant in Old Greenwich on a report of a possibly intoxicated person in a car.
Officers arrived on scene and began speaking with the Patricia Marie Ney, 66, of Stamford, who was behind the wheel of her car in the parking lot of the Old Greenwich Social Club.
Police said that Ney had the odor of alcohol and was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard. She was charged with DUI.
Unable to post her $400 court set bond, Ney was issued a court appearance in Stamford Superior Court on March 23, 2020.
