Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct Charges for Man Known to Greenwich Police

Greenwich Police responded to the west side of town on Oct 3 around 10:00pm on a report of a verbal altercation.

During the course of their investigation police determined that Carlos Molina, 27, had been involved in an altercation where he damaged a victim’s property and attempted to force his way into the victim’s room.

Molina was charged with Criminal Mischief 3, and Disorderly Conduct.

His bond was set at $25,000, which he was unable to post, and he was assigned a date in court the day after the incident.

Molina has numerous pending cases in Stamford Superior Court stemming from arrests in Greenwich including Possession of Controlled Substance, Illegal Operation Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alc/Drug, Improper Entry/Exit of Limited Access Highway, Disobeying Signal of Officer following an incident on March 4, 2024.

Also there are charges of Breach of Peace 2, Disorderly Conduct, Illegal Operation Motor Vehicle Under Influence Alc/Drug, and illegal Operation Motor Vehicle under Suspension/Alcohol for an incident in Greenwich on Aug 19, 2024.

He is due back in court on November 12, 2024.
