On April 1 around 11:30pm Greenwich Police responded to a residence in Cos Cob on a report of a verbal fight between subjects.
While on scene it was determined that Cody Rocco Caputo, 21, of Port Chester, NY had caused damage to the front door of the residence and woke up a neighbor across the street and after banging on the door and screaming outside.
Caputo was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief 3.
His bond was set at $1,000. He was able to post 10% cash and released. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 5, 2021.
