Greenwich Police arrested a Rye, NY man on Friday night.
Around 10:20pm, police said they responded to 220 Sound Beach Ave in Old Greenwich – the address associated with Siren Restobar – on a report of an altercation.
Investigation revealed that the offender, Alexander Brensilver, 47, punched an employee on the right side of his face resulting in swelling of his right eyebrow and forehead to be swollen.
Brensilver was charged with Assault 3 and Breach of Peace 2.
His bond was set at $500 and he has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Sept 23, 2024.
