Yoon Hearings, Day 2: Lichtenfeld, Greenwich Schools Just-Retired Human Resources Director is Asked What is Timely?

On the second day of testimony in hearings to determine whether John Yoon will be terminated after 23 years teaching band at Greenwich High School, Mr. Lichtenfeld testified that he had advocated for Mr. Yoon in 2014, but feels he should be terminated. He said that the complaints of Student A and Student B were taken at face value in mid March. Yoon Hearings Day 1: Greenwich High School Headmaster Grilled on Last Chance Agreement, Breakfast Club and Senioritis

The the first day of hearings to determine whether longtime Greenwich High School band teacher John Yoon will keep his job, drew a crowd. In fact, the Board of Education meeting room, which holds just 70 people, filled to capacity 15 minutes before the 10:30 start of the hearing. Latecomers were instructed to wait outside as members of GHS security monitored the numbers. Members of the press were allowed space at the back of the room, inside an area marked by blue painters tape. TESLA: “Future Transport Pod” with GHS Social Studies Teacher’s Seal of Approval

It was hard to miss the Tesla team at Sunday’s polo matches. Their message was succinct: Forget the gas-powered car. Osprey Imaging was able to record the grand entrance onto the polo field with one of their drones. This is the first season Greenwich Polo Club is using drone technology to capture a new perspective on the sport.
