P&Z: Will Winkelvoss Row America Greenwich Have Enough Parking?

At P&Z Howard Winkelvoss’s application for Row America at 89 River Rd met with questions about activities in meeting rooms and offices, with an eye to adequacy of parking for 66 cars. Rick Kral of the neighboring Greenwich Water Club questioned the club’s ancillary uses versus water dependent ones.
