The Goddard School anticipates 216 children would be enrolled across all programs at the facility. There would be approximately 40 staff, including 36 teachers and four administrators. There would be 32+/- parking spaces on the property and an additionally approximately 50+/- parking spaces across the street at 132 West Putnam Avenue, which is also leased to the applicant by the owner.
