DuCharme: Proposed Dwellings at Living Hope Church Won’t Fit in with the Neighborhood

Submitted by Rob DuCharme, Old Greenwich

To the Editor:

Why are the congregants of Living Hope Church being encouraged to build a 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house – the design of which – 41’ on stilts with outdoor elevator to a rooftop deck –  which neighbors shared doesn’t conform with the neighborhood per comments and emails to P+Z – for the pastor and his wife – and – additional structures including a 3 car garage – and a 2nd house – with apartment – while keeping the current 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house where the pastor now lives?

Sincerely,

Rob DuCharme
Old Greenwich
