Greenwich Lions Texas Ruby Red Grapefruit On Sale and Selling Fast

Greenwich Lions grapefruit Texas Ruby Red grapefruit are selling fast!

The price remains$33 per case and all proceeds will benefit our community.

Members will be selling (in their bright yellow Lions vests) at locations including Greenwich Point, Old Greenwich at Arcadia Road and Sound Beach Ave., Perrot Library, the Cos Cob Fire House, the Greenwich Transfer Station.

All proceeds will go to support numerous local health and human services.  Recipients include Greenwich Scholarships, Neighbor to Neighbor, Meals on Wheels, Abilis, and GADC–River House.

$3000 will help local children and seniors access eye care and eye glasses.

The Lions rejuvenated and maintain the Lions Low Vision Center at Greenwich Hospital.

The Lions sponsor summer camp scholarships for visually impaired youth and conduct vision screenings at  all elementary schools in Town.

The club also contributes to local and regional agencies working to alleviate food insecurity.
