Greenwich Health DepartmentThe Greenwich Department of Health is offering a FREE four-session course on reducing the risk of heart disease. Nancy M. Ryan, MS, RD, CDE, CD-N, will present this program
Greenwich Town Hall, 3rd Floor, Hayton Conference Room. The program meets Tuesday evenings: April 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2015 from 6:30 — 8:30 pm.

You will learn about risk factors — value of exercise — your medications and how they work — life style modification — methods to reduce cholesterol.

Includes FREE cholesterol testing and blood  pressure screening.
