SOLD: Sundial Apartments Goes for $7 Million

Bruce Cohen, Attorney for Morgan Jenkins said in April 2016 that the contract purchasers of the Sun Dial apartments had looked into retaining the existing building, but found there would be a number of zoning variances required, as well as issues with building code, fire safety code, and flood zone regulations.
