Row America Gets Yet Another Grilling from P&Z

At Tuesday’s 7-hour marathon Planning and Zoning meeting, commissioners questioned the Row America applicant about ancillary club uses, adequacy of parking, whether there would be alcohol served at club member events, and what would be the mechanism of enforcement.
