19-Unit Backward-Facing Milbank Ave Development Scrutinized by P&Z

Planning and Zoning said the proposed extra-long, brick 19-unit, 3 story development was “wall-like” and three stories feels high due to being atop a hill. R6 Zone Reconsidered: Purpose of Zoning, Health & Safety, Economics, Unintended Consequences

In a public workshop at Greenwich Town Hall about 50 people shared their concerns about regulations in the R6 zone and offered suggestions for change. There was conversation about unintended consequences of regulations, including for example, parking requirements that result in an abundance of new 2-bedroom units.
