Help Friends of Greenwich Point Name the New Osprey Pair at Greenwich Point

The foreman of Binney Park, Jonathan Fasone, was retained to build the Osprey nest platform for Friends of Greenwich Point this winter.

Bird Conservation Program Proposed for Greenwich Point Park

Greenwich has three designated “Important Bird Areas” — Audubon up on Riversville Road, Great Captain’s Island and, now, Greenwich Point Park. Attend an important meeting in Old Greenwich to learn about the draft plan for Greenwich Point Park, which suggests ways to reduce bird disturbances in sensitive habitats, and maintain habitat diversity and quality.
