CT State Police Say Highway “Slow Roll” Technique is Minor Inconvenience that Saves Lives

When State Police and DOT workers responded to remove metal debris on I84 in Farmington, they initiated a slow roll. A state trooper zigzagged across the highway lanes, slowing traffic to about 10 miles per hour.
