R6 Zone Reconsidered: Purpose of Zoning, Health & Safety, Economics, Unintended Consequences

In a public workshop at Greenwich Town Hall about 50 people shared their concerns about regulations in the R6 zone and offered suggestions for change. There was conversation about unintended consequences of regulations, including for example, parking requirements that result in an abundance of new 2-bedroom units.
