Thursday November 19, at about 9:30pm, Greenwich Police responded to the area of 127 Stanwich Rd on a report of a motor vehicle accident.
Upon arrival officers discovered a single vehicle had crashed head-on into a stone wall.
Investigation determined that the driver, Carolyn Driscoll, 53, of 62 2nd Street in Highlands NJ, displayed bloodshot eyes and the odor associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Driscoll was asked to submit to a series of standardized field sobriety tests, which she did not perform to standard.
She was charged with DUI and Failure to Keep Right. She posted a $250 cash bond and has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 3.
