James Gillison, 38, of 60 North Pl in West Haven was arrested by Greenwich Police on Tuesday, March 28 and charged with Assault 3.
Greenwich Police were notified by the West Haven Police Dept that they were holding Mr. Gillison on an active arrest warrant for his involvement in an assault on June 17 on Cary Road in Riverside.
Greenwich Police officers responded to West Haven and transported Gillison back to Greenwich, where he was processed.
Mr. Gillison was unable to post his court set bond of $15,000. He has a court date in Stamford Superior Court set for March 29, 2017.
