Kanu Meza, 20, of 7 South New Street in Greenwich was arrested on March 12 and charged with DUI after a Greenwich Police patrol car on Indian Field Road at 3:40am observed a car stopped on the western curb line with its hazard lights on.
Police detected the strong odor of alcohol on the driver, who was later identified as Mr. Meza.
Meza was unable to pass standard field sobriety tests and was arrested and charged with DUI. He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on March 27.
Unable to post his $250 bond, Mr. Meza was placed into cell block #8.
