Greenwich Police responded to 109 Spruce Street in Byram in the early morning hours of Saturday, Dec. 7 on the report of a domestic violence incident in progress.
According to Greenwich Police, Anthony Clemmins Stempien, 32, had engaged in violent, tumultuous behavior and broke down a locked bedroom door during an altercation with Simone M. Decicco, 27, of 28 Rex St, Port Chester. Decicco too was determined to have engaged in violent, tumultuous behavior and inflicted superficial injuries to Stempien during the incident.
Stempien and Decicco were each charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct, and assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 9.
