In Sunday night around 8:30pm, Greenwich Police responded to a car accident on Sue Merz Way in Byram. Investigation revealed that Tricia Leigh Carlberg, 21, of 14 Brewster Ct in Washingtonville, NY misled police about the events leading up to the crash and who had actually been driving.
Carlberg was charged with Interfering with an Officer. Her bond was set at $100, which she was unable to post. She was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on February 9, 2017
In the same case, police arrested Michael Clarkson, 20, of 1399 Route 4455 in Clintondale, NY and charged him with both Reckless Driving and Interfering with an Officer. Mr. Clarkson’s bond was set at $250 and he was also assigned a court date of Feb 9, 2017.
