Robert Evans Eberheim, 27, of 33 Bible Street in Greenwich, was arrested by Greenwich Police on Feb 20 for an incident stemming back to Jan 14 in Armstrong Court. According to Greenwich Police, Mr. Eberheim turned himself in at headquarters on a warrant that resulted from an investigation into the theft of a snow blower.
Mr. Eberheim, who was unable to post his court set bond of $20,000, was charged with Larceny 3, False Statement 2, and Conspiracy. He has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on March 6, 2017.
Marquise A Burick, 20, of 27 Armstrong Court was also arrested for the original incident on Jan 14. Mr. Burick was arrested on Friday, Feb 17 at Armstrong Court when Greenwich Police arrived to serve a warrant. He was charged with Conspiracy to Commit/Larceny 3 and Larceny 3. Mr. Burick was unable to post his court set bond of $20,000. He has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 24, 2017.
