Raymond L Hill, 30, of 10 Parker Street in Port Chester was arrested on April 12 on charges stemming back to Dec 7, 2012 for an incident on Putnam Ave and Weaver Street.
Mr. Hill was arrested by warrant and charged with Assault 3 and Breach of Peace 2.
He was unable to post his bond of $2,500.
He was assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on April 13, 2017.
