After a hit and run motor vehicle accident on May 15 on Arcadia Rd in Old Greenwich, Greenwich Police investigation identified Carlos Pazolivera, 19, of 135 Rectory St in Port Chester.
Police contacted Pasolivera and upon his return to the scene he was placed under arrest for Evading Responsibility. He was processed and released from custody on a $100 bond and assigned a court date in Stamford Superior Court on May 28.
