Michael A Pavarini, 24, of 677 Cove Rd in Stamford was arrested on Saturday at about 9:30am on East Putnam Ave at Laddins Rock Rd in Riverside after Greenwich Police observed a vehicle traveling eastbound on East Putnam Ave in a reckless manner.
A motor vehicle stop was initiated and Mr. Pavarini was found to be the operator of the vehicle. Mr. Pavarini related that he was driving recklessly because he was upset about an argument he had with his brother. He was placed under arrest for Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, Failure to Obey Control Signal, Unsafe Movement, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Traveling Unreasonably Fast.
He was unable to post his $1 ,000 bond and was assigned a court date of Feb. 18 in Stamford Superior Court.
