Risk of Injury to Minor and Drug Possession Charges for Man Found Wandering Greenwich Parking Garage

On Jan 26 at about 4:00pm, Greenwich Police responded to 4 Horseneck Ln., on a report that two men in the parking garage were allegedly on drugs.

One subject, Alexis Hernandez, 34, of 28c Linden Pl Stamford, who was located wandering around the parking garage, said he was there to pick up his girlfriend’s two children.

During the investigation, Hernandez was found to be in possession of a tar like substance. The substance was field tested and came back presumptive positive for PCP.

He was also found to be in possession of a white powdery substance, which was field tested and came back presumptive positive for cocaine.

Hernandez was arrested and charged with two counts of Risk of Injury to a Minor, Possession of Hallucinogens and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Narcotics and two counts of Possession within 1,500 ft of a School.

He was able to post his bond of $2,500 and has a date in Stamford Superior Court.
