Greenwich Police were dispatched to 10 Henry Street on Tuesday Nov. 18 at 12:45am on the report of an assault.
Upon arrival at Henry Street, officers found Andrae Oneil McLaughlin 28, of 100 Pelham Rd #4, New Rochelle, NY, and another male, Valentin Lopez-pablo, 33, resident of 10 Henry Street, engaged in a violent tumultuous altercation resulting in minor injuries to both parties.
McLaughin was found to have entered the Henry St address, a private residence, knowing he did not have permission or business there.
McLaughlin was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Simple Trespass and released on a Promise to Appear at Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 2, 2014 at 10:00am.
Lopez-pablo was charged with Disorderly Conduct, issued a Misdemeanor Summons and released on a Promise to Appear at Stamford Superior Court on Nov. 26, 2014.
