Police Catch Up With Wanted Man from Greenwich

On Sunday Greenwich Police responded to Railroad Avenue in an attempt to serve an arrest warrant for suspect Dustin Tedesco, who was identified from past criminal dealings with police.

According to Lt Nemecek, police arrested him at his work place.

Dustin Tedesco, 21, of 38 Alexander Street, was arrested and charged with Burglary 3, Criminal Mischief 3 and Larceny 5 for an incident on April 23, 2017 on Byram Terrace Drive in Pemberwick.

On April 23, 2017 multiple Greenwich Police units responded to a report of car break ins in the area of in the area of Hamilton Avenue, St. Roch’s and Alexander Street, near the St. Roch’s preschool and Hamilton Avenue School. Officers engaged the suspected but he escaped.

He is being held on $25,000 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 2, 2018.

Tedesco has a history with Greenwich Police. In August 2016 he was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Violation of a Protective Order.

In 2017 he was found guilty and sentenced in Stamford Superior Court for Robbery 3, a Class D Felony for an incident on July 20, 2016, and received 5 years jail, executive suspended, probation 3 years.

Also, in July 2017, he was found guilty of Violating a Protective Order and sentenced to 5 years Jail, execution suspended, probation 3 years for the incident in August 2016.
