Margaret M Perlis, 50, of 3 Little Cove Lane in Old Greenwich turned herself in at Greenwich Police headquarters on April 7 to answer for DUI and Tailgating charges following a collision at about 3:30pm on Feb 3, 2017 on Sound Beach Ave in Old Greenwich.
According to Police investigation revealed that Ms. Perlis was above the .08 legal limit at the time of a collision.
Perlis posted a $1,500 bond and was released without incident.
