Joseph Claps, 20, of 43 Sound Beach Ave went to a neighbor’s home and engaged in a verbal argument with a man involving past damage to his vehicle. Claps then smashed a flower pot on the property of 38 Sound Beach Ave and broke a wooden bench with a tree branch. Claps was arrested and charged with Breach of Peace and Criminal Mischief.
Claps was issued a court date of May 8 in Stamford Superior Court House. Claps posted his $250 dollar cash bond and was released from custody.
