Norwalk Police Department have an active warrant for Vamond “Wooley King” Elmore, 37.
The warrant signed May 27, 2014 in Stamford Superior Court charges: Murder, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Criminal Use of a Firearm, Carrying a Pistol Without a Permit and Theft of a Firearm.
Elmore is also currently be sought by the United State’s Marshal Service for a Federal Violation of Probation. Elmore is wanted in connection to the murder of Jimmy Martinez, which occurred on May 15, 2014 at approximately 2:12 am in the area of 18 Leonard Street in Norwalk.
Elmore is to be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. If observed call 911.
Norwalk Police also request anyone with information on Elmore or any information on the murder to contact the Norwalk Police Department.
