Multiple Charges for Byram Man after Argument with Roommate

On Feb. 13 at about 2:00am, Greenwich Police responded with multiple units to a residence in Byram on the report of an altercation between two intoxicated roommates.

After on scene investigation, it was determined that one of the two offending male parties, Edward Lutz, 45, of 274 South Water Street, had become engaged in a verbal argument with one of his roommates, waking up two other roommates in the process.

After being arrested Mr.Lutz refused to get into the rear of the police car through passive resistance.

Mr. Lutz was arrested by Greenwich Police and charged with Refusing to be Fingerprinted, Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, Interfering with an Officer and Disorderly Conduct.

Mr. Lutz was released on $1,000 bond and has a court date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb. 17, 2016.
