On March 19, James William Barnes and his attorney appeared at Greenwich Police Dept headquarters after being advised of an active warrant for his arrest for an incident that occurred just before midnight on Dec 24, 2015 on Bedford Road in Greenwich.
Barnes was positively identified by his Delaware driver’s license. He was taken into custody and charged with Burglary 3, Larceny 3 and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary.
His court set bond was $15,000 which he was able to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 4, 2018.
