James Richardson Adams, 73, whose address is a post office box in Greenwich, related that he was turning himself in on an outstanding warrant resulting from his failure to appear in Stamford Superior Court on a summons issued during a motor vehicle stop in Greenwich on Oct 6, 2017.
Mr. Adams was charged with Failure to Appear 2. His bond was set at $1,000 which he was able to pay. He was issued a court date on Feb 9, 2018.
