Greenwich Police were detailed to the area of East Putnam Ave and Sound Beach Ave on the afternoon May 8 after they received a report of people riding all-terrain-vehicles and motorcycles in the roadway.
After locating the vehicles and subjects at the BP Gas Station at 1324 East Putnam Ave, police learned that one of the subjects was warrant out of Stamford for Failure to Appear 2 and Assault 2.
The warrant was verified through Stamford Police and Mr. Maxwell’s identity was confirmed through his Social Security number and a previous mugshot.
Frank Maxwell, 34, of 35 Alto Ave in Port Chester was arrested and charged with Failure to Appear. He was assigned a bond of $25,000 and given a court date at Stamford Superior Court on May 22, 2107.
He was released from custody after having his bond posted by a bail bondsman.
