On August 2, Greenwich Police on routine patrol in the Grass Island parking area came upon a vehicle parked illegally after hours. Investigation revealed that one of the people in the car had an active arrest warrant from an incident back in 2009 in Armstrong Court.
Darel M Franklin, 31, of 350 South Regent Street in Port Chester, who was 24 at the time of the incident, was arrested and charged with Failure to Appear. He was released on a $1,500 bond and assigned a court date on August 16, 2017
