On Sept. 7 at about 12:45am, Greenwich Police officers were detailed to a private residence on the report of a suspect acting disorderly.
In a case of domestic violence, the victim related that she had been in a verbal argument with Jose Maduro, 51, of 42 Brookside Drive and that during the argument he forcefully shoved a door toward the Victim, which collided with her head.
Officers observed the Victim to have a swelling bump to the top of the head. Jose Maduro was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Maduro’s bond was $1,000 and his court date in Stamford Superior Court was Sept. 8.
