On Wednesday Oct 4, Greenwich Police responded to an altercation between two people on Stanwich Rd around 1:30am.
The victim told police that during the fight the offender threw the victim’s iPhone onto the pavement and broke it, and that the offender then went upstairs and started to create a disturbance in the bedroom, causing additional damage.
The offender, Raymond Rodriguez, 21, of 134 Elliot Pl in Bronx, NY was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief 2. He was released on a promise to appear in court and assigned a court date on Oct 5, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court.
