Man Charged after I-95 Road Rage Incident Continues on Greenwich Road

Greenwich Police were responded to 3 Ledge Rd on Monday at approximately 1:13pm the on the report of a road-rage incident that began in Stamford and became confrontational over the town line in Greenwich.

Police investigation revealed that a road-rage incident began in I-95 South near exit 7 and continued through Stamford and into Greenwich.

According to Greenwich Police, one driver exited his vehicle near 3 Ledge Rd and approached the other driver, still within their vehicle, and began yelling profanities. At one point the driver kicked the front quarter panel of the other vehicle causing damage to the vehicle prior to re-entering his vehicle and driving away.

Investigation subsequently led to the arrest of George Ulley, 59, of 125 Westchester Ave in Thornwood, NY.  Ulley was arrested and processed for Creating a Public Disturbance and Criminal Mischief. He was released on a Promise to Appear and assigned a date to appear in Stamford Superior Court on April 6, 2015.
