Michael R Michael R Del Cid Contreras, 19, of 56 W Washington Ave in Stamford was arrested on Nov 25 after police responded to a report of suspicious activity within a parked car, possibly occupied by a minor.
Greenwich Police responded to East Putnam Ave in Riverside at about 6:00pm and discovered an adult male and juvenile female smoking marijuana in the car.
Police arrested Mr. Michael R Del Cid Contreras and charged him with Reckless Endangerment 2nd degree and Possession of Less Than 1/2 Oz of Marijuana.
His bond was set at $50, which he was able to post. He was was assigned a court date of Dec. 9, 2016 in Stamford Superior Court.
The juvenile was released to the custody of her legal guardian.
