Joseph Waesche, 27, of 173 Lake Ave was arrested on Dec 7 after he was advised of an outstanding warrant for his arrested for Evading Responsibility and Improper Turn Stop-No Signal.
According to Lt Slusarz, around 11:15pm on Nov 21, Mr. Waesche left the scene of an accident on Hamilton Avenue on foot, leaving behind his 2012 Audi A5 Quatro.
“One of the responding emergency workers observed Mr. Waesche walking away from the scene, but weren’t able to see where he went,” Slusarz said.
Waesche was able to post his $15,000 bond and was assigned a court date on Dec 29, 2017 in Stamford Superior Court.
